About Grapes and Cream

Every one of the 42 terpene profiles we hold for the Grapes and Cream strain falls into a single chemovar group: caryophyllene-limonene, a 100% share. The samples span 2013 to 2024. Two compounds lead that profile, and they lead it in nearly equal measure.

Grapes and Cream terpenes and THC in lab results

The terpene list starts with caryophyllene at 28.4% of the terpenes measured (5.17 mg/g), followed by limonene at 27.6% (4.92 mg/g) and humulene at 11.1% (2.13 mg/g). All are grade A from 42 lab profiles. Pinene sits at 6.6% (1.03 mg/g), linalool at 2.8% (0.52 mg/g) and myrcene at just 1.4% (0.27 mg/g), which is low for a modern cultivar. Total terpene content is 17.4 mg/g (median, grade A, 42 lab profiles).

Cannabinoid data is graded A as well. Lab results put THC at 21–27% (grade A, 64 lab results, 2013–2024), measured as the middle half of those results, with CBD under 1% (grade A, 47 lab results, 2013–2024). That makes the samples THC-dominant. If the percentages and shares need unpacking, our note on reading a terpene profile walks through what each figure counts.

Breeder of record and the disputed parents

Cannarado Genetics is the breeder of record. The reported parents are Cookies and Cream and Grape Pie, but that cross carries our lowest lineage grade (L4): disputed or resting on a single source, with competing versions that may not describe one cross. No origin year or place is recorded. For a plant whose chemistry is graded A on 64 lab results, the paperwork behind its parentage is thin.

Strains with a similar lab fingerprint

Three strains line up with it on measured chemistry rather than on lineage. E85 and Georgia Pie are each led by caryophyllene and limonene, are THC-dominant, and share a similar median THC. Guava has caryophyllene and limonene among its top three terpenes, is also THC-dominant, and again lands near the same median. None of those matches is a family relationship; they are groupings drawn from lab data, and we do not list a published cross between them.

If the caryophyllene-limonene pairing is what brought you here, the terpene pages for each compound show which other strains carry the most of them.
